Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at DNDscales.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between Unity Health Toronto and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Unity Health Toronto, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and participants. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by Unity Health Toronto.
